Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a Graduate or under Graduate.
Work Experience: The incumbent should be retired personnel who served as a Junior-commissioned Officer in Army/Navy/Air Force.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.06.1962 (date inclusive)
Age criteria will however not be applicable for internal candidates already with IBPS under a contractual agreement.
Salary: Negotiable. The candidate may provide the details of salary last drawn and expected.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
