Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for working at CSIR-CSMCRI in recently sanctioned CSIR Mission mode project “TECHNOLOGICAL CONVERGENCE FOR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION AND UTILISATION OF SEAWEEDS” involving “Seaweed based formulations/sap for reduced disease susceptibility in tomato (WP-4)”. The details of posts are as follows:
Posts: Project Assistant I-II and RA
RA: (1 Post)
Qualification*: Ph.D. Botany /Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Plant Science/Life Science/ Biological Science/ Microbiology with research experience in Plant molecular biology. Two publications in SCI journal is desirable.
Job requirement: The selected candidates will work on Seaweed based formulations for reduced disease susceptibility in tomato.
Emoluments: Rs. 36000/- +HRA per month
Age limit*: 35 years as on date of interview
PA-II: (2 Post)
RA: (1 Post)
Qualification*: Ph.D. Botany /Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Plant Science/Life Science/ Biological Science/ Microbiology with research experience in Plant molecular biology. Two publications in SCI journal is desirable.

Job requirement: The selected candidates will work towards implementation of the Jigyasa: student-scientist connect and outreach activity project.
Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Age limit*: 28 years as on date of interview
